Ways of shipment
Currently all purchase orders are delivered by using services of Polish Post (Poczta Polska) via "priority delivery" or by using Courier GLS’ (Kurier GLS) services with full delivery tracking.
There is possible also to order "cash on delivery" but exclusively for delivery destinations in Poland.
Delivery costs
Poland:
Polish Post (Poczta Polska) – delivery cost 8,- PLN.
Courier GLS (Kurier GLS) - delivery cost 16,- PLN.
Cash on delivery – delivery cost 15,- PLN.
Replacement for another article – delivery free of charge.
Orders with value above 250,- PLN - delivery free of charge.
Europe:
Polish Post (Poczta Polska) – delivery cost 70,- PLN
Courier GLS (Kurier GLS) - delivery cost 70,- PLN
Orders with value above 700,- PLN - delivery free of charge.
Outside Europe:
America, Africa - delivery cost 80,- PLN
South & Central America, Asia, Australia & Oceania - delivery cost 90,- PLN
Orders with value above 800,- PLN - delivery free of charge.
Delivery cost is added automatically and is visible during your purchase process.
Delivery time
All purchase orders are accomplished and sent within maximum 5 days.
Purchases ordered for Poland are delivered within 1 to 2 days.
Delivery to other EU countries usually takes 3 to 4 working days.
In the case of article absence (due to accumulation of orders for this particular article), the delivery time can be delayed by up to 14 days due to replenishment logistics organized from United Arab Emirates. In any such case Desert Stars (Gwiazdy Pustyni) can offer the substitute, similar article of similar price, but always with the client’s permission.

Returns
According to the Law from 2 March 2000 "About protection of consumer rights and about responsibility for damage provoked by a hazardous products" the customer may cancel the order without giving any reason within 10 days after the parcel is delivered.
In order to cancel such closed remotely agreement the customer is obliged to send back the fiscal receipt. The client is obliged also to submit the written statement for cancelling the purchase agreement.
Each article must not be used, sent back in original packaging, delivered in a safe way.
Our shop guarantees to refund the quote equal to the goods’ value. The money will be returned by money transferred to an account specified by the client. The delivery costs are non-returnable.

Complaints
The seller takes into account the client’s claim in the case of disagreement of the consumer goods at the moment of delivery as defined in the Polish Law from 27 July 2002 r. about special conditions of consumer selling and about change in Polish Civil Law (Dz. U. Nr 141, pos. 1176). The consumer goods are movable items purchased by physical person for the purpose not related to any business activity.

Costs paid for delivery of claimed goods our shop refunds immediately after the claim is considered. The damaged goods will be replaced by other item, fully valuable. Shall this from any reason be not possible (e.g. because of lack in stock), our shop will refund the client the quote equivalent to the product value or will offer another items available in the shop.
Claims related to the mechanical damage aroused during the transportation will be considered only after a damage protocol is done with the courier’s presence.
